Processing

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Rates and destinations

We offer Free Standard Shipping on ALL US orders (no minimum purchase required). We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Delivery and tracking

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed when available. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and remote destinations may extend delivery. Customers must provide a complete address and should contact us immediately about corrections.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us with the order number and photos where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when the claim is validated.

Carriers and order cutoff

Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin the 1–2 business-day processing window that day; orders received after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and service availability.
