30-day returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery and obtain return instructions before shipping.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, complete, and in original packaging with tags and accessories. Final-sale, personalized, gift-card, and opened hygiene items are excluded except when defective or required by law.

Shipping responsibility

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns and remain responsible until delivery. Smalgota pays reasonable return shipping for incorrect, defective, or damaged items.

Refund timing

After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may take additional time. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or law requires otherwise.

Return authorization process

1. Email contact@smalgota.store with your order number, item, and return reason.
2. Wait for written return authorization and packing instructions before shipping.
3. Pack the unused item securely with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

5. Use a trackable service and retain the receipt. Customers pay preference-return shipping; Smalgota supplies or reimburses reasonable return shipping for verified incorrect, defective, or damaged items.
