Agreement and orders

By using this site or ordering, you agree to these terms and posted policies. Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. USD prices, availability, taxes, and shipping are shown before payment. We may correct genuine errors, limit quantities, or cancel before fulfillment and refund captured payment.

Smalgota content and marks are owned or licensed by Smalgota. Do not misuse the site, disrupt security, introduce malicious code, or reproduce protected content without permission.

Liability and law

Express product or manufacturer warranties apply as stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded; non-waivable consumer rights remain. Florida and applicable U.S. federal law govern, and courts with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida will hear disputes unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
